Our story.

Pillars Real Estate Services is a transaction coordination and real estate support company operating as an arm of Pillars Advisory Group®. We handle the administrative infrastructure of every deal — so agents stay focused on what they do best: selling.

We are not a brokerage. We partner with agents and brokerages, managing every detail from executed contract to funded file, in full compliance with TREC guidelines for unlicensed administrative assistants.

Our team brings deep experience in title, escrow, compliance, and real estate operations. Every transaction we touch is managed with intention, accuracy, and care.

TREC Compliance

All team members operate as unlicensed administrative assistants under TREC Rule 535.5. No team member may negotiate contract terms, advise buyers or sellers on contractual decisions, or take any action that constitutes brokerage activity.

All administrative tasks are performed at the explicit direction of a licensed Texas real estate agent or broker. When in doubt — we stop and ask the agent.

Amber Mouton is the founder of Pillars Real Estate Services and the operational force behind every deal that moves through the platform. With a career rooted in title and escrow operations, she brings an insider’s command of the transaction process — understanding not just what needs to happen at each stage, but why, when, and how to protect every party involved.

Her background spans title production and escrow management, real estate investing, brokerage operations support, business development, and strategic relationship building. She approaches each transaction not simply as an administrator, but as a strategist who understands the financial, legal, and human stakes on both sides of the table.

Amber built Pillars on the belief that agents deserve more than a task manager — they deserve a true operational partner who holds the same professional standards they bring to their clients. Her ability to build trust across agents, brokers, title officers, lenders, and clients has made Pillars a referral-first business from day one.

As the founder of Pillars Advisory Group, she brings the same infrastructure-first mindset to every arm of the business — ensuring precision, compliance, and care are baked into every process.
